Construction and commissioning of new desulphurisation plant. Project was realised in years 2010 and 2011 in co-operation with Austrian Energy & Enviroment Graz; later Andritz Energy & Enviroment Graz, Austria.
AUTCOM was participating on erection documentation preparation and hand-over; loop-check; commissioning and start-up as well as trial-run supervision.
This project is currently still ongoing.

CCPP Bandirma, new combined-cycle power plant, Turkey (show on map »)
Construction and commissioning of new combined-cycle power station with installed power of 930MW (2x gas turbine + 1x steam turbine). Project was realised in year 2010 in co-operation with AE&E PPS Wien; Austria. ENERJISA; daughter company of Turkish holding SABANCI ; was the final client. Turbines were supplied by MITSUBISHI Heavy Industry. AUTCOM specialists were co-operating on all phases on construction and commissioning/start-up of the plant in positions of commissioning management; specialists for gas and steam turbines, heat-recovery steam generators and auxiliary systems (e.g. sea-water cooling system, DEMI water plant and condensate treatment, electrical systems and sub-stations etc.) Project was finished successfully and handed over to the client for normal operation in 2010.

Power Plant Maritza East, FGD construction, Bulgaria (show on map »)
Construction and start-up of new FGD plant on four generating units of the largest coal-fired power station in Bulgaria. The power station was built in 1969 with installed capacity of 4x150MW + 2x210MW + 2x215MW. New FGD project started in 2005 and was successfully finished in year 2007. Technological equipment was supplied by an Italian company REA-ENEL for the general supplier – RWE Germany. AUTCOM specialists were participating on the job as erection supervisors and commissioning engineers for mechanical and electrical parts as well as C&I and DCS engineers, process engineers and operators for test-operations.

Power Plant Yeniköy, FGD construction, Turkey (show on map »)
Construction and start-up of a new FGD plant on both generating units of coal-fired power plant with installed capacity of 2x210MW. Project was started in year 2004 and start-up has been finished in year 2007. Because of problems on the project (e.g questionable quality of limestone and technical problems of existing technology) there is an AUTCOM technical adviser still currently on site. New FGD technology was supplied by company LENTJES (later AE&E LENTJES), Germany. Final client was Turkish government company EUAŞ. AUTCOM specialists contributed on erection and commissioning of the plant as erection supervisors, commissioning engineers, I&C and DCS engineers, process engineers and test-operations operators.

Power Plant Yatağan, FGD construction, Turkey (show on map »)
Construction and start-up of a new FGD plant on all generating units of coal-fired power plant with installed capacity of 3x210MW. Project was started in year 2004 and start-up was finished in year 2007. Because of problems on project (e.g questionable quality of limestone and technical problems of existing technology) there was an AUTCOM technical advisor present on site until 2011. New FGD technology was supplied by company LENTJES (later AE&E LENTJES), Germany. Final client was Turkish government company EUAŞ. AUTCOM specialists contributed on erection and commissioning of the plant as erection supervisors, commissioning engineers, I&C and DCS engineers, process engineers and test-operations operators. Project was successfully finished and handed over to the final client after resolving all technical issues in 2011.

Power Plant Kemerköy, FGD construction, Turkey (show on map »)
Construction and start-up of new FGD plant on all generating units of coal-fired power plant with installed capacity of 3x210MW. Project was started in 2001 and successfully finished in 2002. Wet FGD technology was supplied by company Babcock&Wilcox, USA and final client was Turkish government company EUAŞ. Erection of the plant was done by Turkish company GAMA. AUTCOM specialists were contributing on FGD plant start-up as commissioning engineers and I&C/DCS engineers as well as process engineers and operators. AUTCOM also supervised 2 years guarantee operation period and project was successfully handed over to the final client in 2004.

Construction of new Congress Centre and Opera-house Ashgabat, Turkmenistan (show on map »)
Construction of new Congress Centre and Opera-house was carried out by a French company Bouygues with large number of sub-suppliers. Project was designed as totally independent on external supplies and therefore was equipped with technology for drinking water treatment and storage, diesel-generators with installed capacity 2x2x2000kW including fuel-storage and handling. Part of the project included an opera-stage with high-end stage-technology, advanced lighting and audio equipment, several conference halls, radio and recording studio, press-centre and many others. AUTCOM carried out installation supervision and start-up of all electrical equipment and power equipment (supplied by a Czech company SENCO Příbram).

Power Plant Seinajoki, plant and turbine rehaul, Finland (show on map »)
Overhaul and re-commissioning of electronic control system DIAMO-K during overhaul of steam-turbine ŠKODA. Power plant has installed capacity of 1x125MW + 100MW heating capacity. Plant is burning peat and bio-mass, coal is serving as reserve-fuel only. AUTCOM specialist were testing and repairing all parts and implementing requested functional modifications of the control system. Whole control system was re-commissioned prior to renewed plant start-up.

Power Plant CTE Felton, construction and start-up of 1st and 2nd unit, Cuba (show on map »)
Erection and start-up of first and second oil-fired generating units. AUTCOM specialists were responsible for start-up of oil-burners and commissioning of boiler control system and I&C equipment. In addition AUTCOM DCS specialists were programming and testing generating unit automatic start-up system TURBOSTEP.
